From 2020 to 2023, the firm’s members were involved in institutional development and the design of economic development projects in the Middle East. They demonstrated strong experience in localization strategy and significantly integrated the components of a Humanitarian Development Nexus.
In my role as program officer at Swisscontact I had the chance to work with Hassan Bugnard as my counterpart in Lebanon. He managed our Tafawoq project aiming to achieve labor market insertion and SME promotion. I was impressed by his capacity to give this project a clear orientation and achieve exceptional results (such as over 60% labor market insertion rate of coaching cycle participants) in an economic and politically very challenging context.
